Mechanical
Our 1969 Z28 Camaro has the coveted DZ Z28 engine underrated from
the factory at 290 horsepower @ only 5800 rpm, but it will rev past
7,000 rpm!
The engine has a clean, fresh coat of Chevy orange on the block and
heads with the factory Winters Foundry aluminum intake that was
bead blasted, correct nicely polished finned aluminum valve covers,
original brackets, deep groove pulleys, factory exhaust manifolds,
even the correct smog system is on it with the correct Delco
reproduction battery. It does run MSD electronics for better
performance than stock.
GM hoses and correct clamps were used and all the finishes are
fresh. The firewall, core support, inner fenders all neatly painted
as well as the brake booster and master being detailed.
Other factors that this Z28 Camaro has is the factory correct Power
Front Disc Brakes, power steering, and the Muncie 4-speed
transmission that handles the horsepower back through the gears and
keeps the rubber on the road with a Posi traction 12 bolt rear
end.
Underneath is the chassis that is super clean and our Z28 rides on
raised white letter BFG tires front and rear and 15-inch Rally
Wheels with chrome trim rings and center caps.

bucket seats and matching rear seat. The cushions are new with
deluxe molded door panels, carpet, headliner, visors, dash pad,
dash is restored with new plastic bezel and heater control panel so
the chrome sparkles.
Deluxe includes Rosewood trim too and even inside to glove box,

gauges, tachometer, and clock rebuilt.
Exterior
Our Z28 has a factory Dover white (code 50) that is polished
literally as smooth as glass and the body is straight as a razor,
panels fit right.

(code X33) with the front end detailed, correct gray grill, every
piece of exterior chrome and trim is new.
