Vehicle Description
That's right, this is the real deal. No, you're not dreaming. The
absolute epitome of the muscle car's golden age, this 1970 Dodge
Charger exudes style and speed in a way few other cars can, and
it's sitting on our showroom floor now. This really does have to be
one of the coolest cars we've had the pleasure of having at Coyote
Classics in quite some time! Powered by a 440 C.I. V8 breathing
through a "Six-Pack" 3x2-barrel carburetor setup, this '70 Charger
really does put the "Charge" in "Charger". Torque from that massive
440 gets to the rear end through a 3-speed "TorqueFlite" automatic
transmission, allowing for smooth shifting. The correct "Rally Red"
exterior paint still looks wet spread over bodylines that are both
laser-straight and rock-solid, giving this Charger a perfectly
menacing look. Additionally, that same paint matches wonderfully to
the fantastic "Gator Grain" vinyl top, a rare option which was only
offered for the 1970 model year across the Mopar lineup! The
exterior is positively show-quality, looking excellent at every
angle. The floors, frame, trunk and jambs on this Charger are in
great shape throughout and are solid at every corner. The interior
is just as good-looking as the exterior, featuring comfortable
black vinyl "tuck and roll" patterned bucket seats and a full
woodgrain center console, adding a sense of flair! Options on this
rare Charger include power steering, power brakes, front disc
brakes, a "Six-Pack" carburetor setup, a detailed engine bay, a
vintage-style AM/FM pushbutton digital radio, factory gauges, a
heater + defroster, a remote driver's mirror, and an
aggressive-sounding dual exhaust system. The car rides on some
color-matched red steel wheels with dog-dish hubcaps over fat B.F.
Goodrich RWL tires for added traction, giving this car a look
straight out of a 1970 Dodge advertisement. This Charger runs and
drives like a dream, which is really saying something because it
looks like one, too. Combining 440 cubic inches of RB big block V8
with "Six-Pack" induction and a detailed restoration, this 1970
Dodge Charger is a prime example of why classic Detroit muscle will
always be in demand. You aren't going to find another Charger quite
like this one, so don't let it pass you by! We'd love to see you
drive it away.
