The original Lexus SC is a gorgeous coupe that flew under the radar
for a time - but these amazing cars are gaining interest thanks to
their sporty styling, rear-wheel drive layout, and great
reliability. This particular example touts really low mileage, and
is powered by the legendary 1UZ-FE V8. Output is sent to the rear
wheels via a 4-speed automatic transmission. Other benefits include

Lexus released the first-generation SC for the 1992 model year. It
was marketed as a two-door alternative to the LS, but simply
chopping off a pair of doors was out of the question. Stylists gave
the SC a sleek, elegant design perfectly aligned with the aesthetic
trends of the 1990s, while engineers developed multi-piece door
hinges that were as complex as they were fascinating. Production
ended in 2000 after Lexus made 82,538 units.
