Red Wire Wheels The states of Georgia, Alabama, New York,
Connecticut, Vermont, Maine, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire do not
issue titles for vehicles over a certain age. Instead, they issue
registrations. In the state of NC you can apply for a title with a
registration as long as you can provide a proof of purchase (from
Seller) and a notarized bill of sale as well. Our auction requires
any seller with a registration to also provide a proof of purchase.
Once the vehicle sells our auction will provide the buyer with the
notarized bill of sale. We make the announcement at auction so
buyers from different states can contact their DMV to inquiry about
the necessary forms needed to get a title in their state.
