Vehicle Description
This 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 was modified by Modern Muscle of
Plainfield Illinois and received in excess of $110,000.00 in
Modifications all backed up with complete build receipts, , and is
powered by a supercharged 426ci Stroker V8 mated to an RPM
Transmissions Level V 4L80E automatic transmission and a 9 Inch
rear axle. Equipment includes a 4.2-liter Kenne Bell Mammoth Root
supercharger, Apache cylinder heads, a Holley Dominator ECU, water
and methanol injection kit, Mishimoto aluminum radiator, B&M
Supercooler, Borla exhaust, and Chromoly 3.5? driveshaft. BC Racing
adjustable coil overs, Hotchkis Sport sway bars, and 20? wheels are
also fitted, while the interior is equipped with an RPM roll cage
and harnesses, a Holley 12? LCD instrument panel, a Kenwood
touchscreen head unit, a trunk-mounted subwoofer, and Dark Slate
Gray leather and micro suede upholstery.
The car is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (PS2) with black
carbon-fiber-look hood stripes and a black SRT-branded rear spoiler
with an integrated backup camera. Additional equipment includes HID
headlights, a sunroof, LED daytime running lights, and fog
lights.
Black-finished 20 Inch Hellcat wheels are mounted with 275/40
Continental Extreme Contact tires, and braking is provided by
slotted discs with red-painted Brembo calipers at all four corners.
Suspension modifications include BC Racing BR adjustable coil overs
and damping extensions, a Hotchkis Sport sway bar set, and
Speedlogix sub frame connectors.
The heated front bucket seats are trimmed in Dark Slate Gray
leather with micro suede inserts and equipped with RPM five-point
harnesses. An RPM eight-point roll cage is installed, and
additional appointments include a B&M Quicksilver shifter,
power-adjustable driver's seat, air conditioning, cruise control, a
Kenwood touchscreen head unit, and a trunk-mounted subwoofer.
The four-spoke multifunction steering wheel frames a Holley 12? LCD
instrument panel featuring a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with
a 7k-rpm redline, and gauges for boost, fuel, and oil pressures as
well as coolant temperature and fuel level.
The 426ci Stroker V8 was built by Modern Muscle of Plainfield,
Illinois, and is equipped with a 4.2-liter Kenne Bell Mammoth Root
supercharger.
Currently this Highly Modified Challenger SRT8 is tined to 1000
H.P. at the crank and 800 H.P. at the rear wheels and is capable of
being tuned to 1500 H.P. if you think you can handle it.
