This 1975 Pinto wagon is a masterpiece. There was never an 'Option
Code' on Ford's '75 order sheet for this amazing wagon - it is
one-of-one. The Pinto was fully restored (2018) and built as a
custom Pro-Stock machine, but runs on 93-octane can be NC
registered street legal. Basically, everything is new. The Pinto
was fabricated on a full custom frame that is seriously
reinforced/tied and includes an integral roll bar. The body is
sprayed in a handsome Gun Metal Gray finish that was professionally
applied and is in excellent condition. Accents include a fiberglass
cowl induction hood, state-of-the-art powder coated
bumpers/moldings, and American Racing alloy wheels (12"w rear)
w/Mickey Thompson radials. The stunning grey/black vinyl interior
incorporates Recaro seats w/racing harnesses, Vintage A/C, full
console, power tinted windows, Autometer gauge package, power locks
w/alarm, tilt wheel, and a Sony AM/FM/CD sound system.
Horsepower is furnished by a 351 Ford Windsor that was built by
Buck Racing for ultimate performance. The Windsor was stroked to
392ci and equipped with Dart aluminum heads, Edelbrock Victor
single-plane aluminum intake, dual feed Holley carburation, an MSD
ignition, and a serpentine belt system. The roller CompCam has
.705/.692 lift and 287/296 duration. Exhaust is routed through
stainless tube headers and a stainless exhaust system. Cooling is
managed by an aluminum radiator w/electric fan and the battery has
been relocated to the trunk. A 3-speed automatic overdrive
transmission w/B&M shifter delivers torque to the narrowed 9"
Ford 'locker' differential with 3.73:1 gearing. Steering is
power-assisted rack and pinion and Wilwood 4-wheel discs handle
braking. The front suspension is fitted with HD coil-over shocks
and rear utilizes a multi-link suspension set-up with coil-over
shocks. Fuel is contained in a stainless tank w/electric pump. This
Pinto is truly a Stallion that is going to make its new owner very
proud. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
