Corvette. The G8 GXP was only produced one year with a very limited
production of only 1,830 made total. This is 1 of only 846 with a
manual transmission. It is the ultimate package of luxury, track
ready performance and aggressive styling. With only 1,488 original
miles this is a genuine collector's item!
EXTERIOR: It looks the part of a muscle car with hood scoops,
vented fenders, rear air splitter, ground effects, rear spoiler and
honeycomb grill. Finished in Panther Black Metallic, the paint is
excellent! The GXP's came with the upgraded 19" polished aluminum
wheels wrapped in perforance tires. Projector beam lights, fog
lamps and clear tiallight covers give it a stylish modern look.
INTERIOR: These GXP were loaded with options from the factory. this
one even has the optional power sunroofThe leather interior is full
power, tilt/tele wheel, dual zone climate and heated sport bucket
seats with GXP embroidered on them. A touchscreen Bluetooth stereo
with 11 speakers and a subwoofer will rock you. Performance pedals
and steering wheel. Of course it is like new throughout.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This is what makes it legendary: a Corvette LS3
6.2 liter V-8 making 415 lbs of torque and 415 lbs of hp! Pop the
hood and you'll find an immaculate showroom condition bay.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: The trunk is massive! You can fit a whole
family's vacation worth of belongings in the back. There's also a
middle ski/snowboard compartment that folds down allowing you to
fit your skis. It is fully carpeted and in just as great of shape
as the rest of the interior. On the left hand side is a hidden
compartment where the battery is stored.
UNDERSIDE: Underneath the car is actually immaculate! Everything is
original from the factory. These amazing sedans came with a tuned
FE3 suspension package. It has sport mode suspension, transmission
cooler, limited slip rear wheel drive. 4 wheel disc brakes with 4
piston Brembo in front and electric brake assist. Dual stainless
steel exhaust with chrome quad tips.
This was an instant collector car with such a limitied quanity
made. It will go down in history as Pontiac's most powerful car
ever!
