1982 Chevrolet Citation 10,500 ORIGINAL MILES ABSOLUTE TIME CAPSULE
SURVIVOR! 1982 CHEVROLET CITATION X11 SPORT HATCHBACK This is a two
owner vehicle was purchased new and stayed with the original owner
for over 30+ years until his passing. The second owner was a family
friend or acquaintance with the original owner as I found out and
purchased it just because it was such a rare, immaculate and unique
car. Since purchased the X-11 has always been kept indoors and
stored in a climate controlled environment. Since he purchased the
car he believes that he has not even driven it 500 miles. 2.8 Liter
High Output V6, Tuned exhaust, ps, p/Disc brakes, p/locks, am/FM
radio, cold Air Conditioning, car shows absolutely no wear, smells
like a new car. All original paperwork And Documentation
included,museum quality automobile. New BFG Radial T/A's will be
installed due to original tires being 42 years old and I don't feel
safe selling the car with those original tires on it, they will be
wrapped, Bagged and stored to go with the car to new owner. This is
a rare car. I cannot find anything comparable to this car. It may
be the lowest mileage Citation X-11 in existence! This car was
purchased new, driven for a year or so and then placed on blocks in
a climate controlled garage with about a dozen other cars. It set
there for about 30+ years until the estate cleared out the
collection. The car is bone stock original. The carb was cleaned
and the fuel tank was replaced with an OEM tank and sending unit.
It was done only as a precaution and the original still with the
car. The car starts, runs, and drives like a new car. As it was the
trend in the 80's if you remember the aftermarket Ziebart sunroof
and rustproofing this one had one installed. Luckily they did a
good job and it's in great shape and has no issues at all. Just by
looking at the car you can tell it's never seen and inclement
weather. This car is sure to be an investment and I challenge you
to find a more original.
