Vehicle Description
Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 24th year in the
classic and muscle car business. GMC has been in the business of
building tough and reliable trucks since GM formed the General
Motors Truck Company in 1911. Beginning in 1920, GMC and Chevrolet
trucks shared a common platform, but GMC supplied their own engines
until 1974, and these workhorses are still sought by enthusiasts.
This nice 1954 GMC 101 is a charming little survivor that's still
powered by its original (EN E248223214) 248 ci I6 that recently
received a new Weber carburetor. Additional features include a
freshly rebuilt column shift 3-speed manual transmission, heater,
new rear wheel brake cylinders, new valve and side cover gaskets,
and new tires. This is a great little truck that starts
immediately, even after sitting for awhile, and runs smoothly. It
appears to have mostly original glass and original sheet metal.
Another cheerful charmer from the Texas Hill Country's premier
source for classic cars and trucks. If this gem belongs in your
garage, call the team that can make your dream a reality. Street
Dreams (830-997-1950) is a full service dealership that can assist
with worldwide delivery, insurance, and financing options.
