Helping this truck get "down to earth" is a custom chassis with a 4 link rear suspension, tubular control arms and a much welcomed rack and pinion steering set up. The Airbag set up is controlled by Airlift with a digital display and height sensors. There are custom metal fender liners up front and the bed has been raised to accommodate the rear 4 link set up. Powering this square body is a nicely dressed late model 5.3 LS motor with some bolt on goodies like Spectre intake, shorty headers and custom valve covers, a 4 speed transmission help to keep the RPMs low at highway speeds. Stopping power comes by way of Wilwood disc brakes on all 4 corners. There are retro Vintage Air controls in the stock location just above the Alpine AM/FM/CD Bluetooth stereo with component speakers in custom kick panels and a single 10" sub behind the seat. The entire cab has been layered in Dynamat to reduce vibration noise. The metal bed floor has been raised and finished in a tan paint to match the interior with blue accents and custom metal rear fender liners.
