Vehicle Description
One might look at our client's original 1959 Buick LeSabre
convertible and wonder why it's being listed on a motorsports
website. It's not a piston popping hot rod or muscle car. It's not
a European exotic with a sweet-sounding exhaust. What it is, is
cool, highly original and very rare. This LeSabre is 1 of 3 ordered
in this beautiful color combination and 1 of 2 convertibles with a
3-speed on the column. This '59 Buick drives great and tracks true.
The 364ci/2bbl motor, manual transmission and rear end are all
original and have only 35K pampered miles on them. The interior is
original, as is the convertible top and window. Everything on the
car works well. All the body gaps are factory correct, and the
doors, trunk, and hood open and close the way they should. It
received one repaint about 20 years ago, but you would swear it's
fresh. It looks great in person! It's incredibly rare to see a car
of this age so original and clean like this one. It would be a sure
conversation starter at any show, or a neat centerpiece in any
collection. The car is located just outside of the Chicago
metropolitan area in a climate-controlled garage. Reasonable offers
will be considered. Due to file size, videos of the car are
available on request ...
