In 1964, the second year of the C2; Chevrolet put its focus on ride
and performance of the Corvette. The '64 received a single pane
back window, lost the simulated air intakes on its hood and receive
a functional air intake on the left rear pillar. Chevrolet took
large strides to improve the comfort of the Vette's ride without
diminishing performance by adding progressive-rate springs, and
redesigned shocks. With added sound insulation and revised body and
transmission mounts, the 64 model-year became a car that would not
only perform but also serve as a daily driver.
This 1964 Corvette represents the absolute finest in restoration
and collectability. The result of a frame-off restoration of an
original car, with the focus on preservation of originality, the
end-result is nothing short of outstanding. This is proven by the
number of awards this car has won. This includes a Bloomington Gold
certification in 2022, multiple NCRS Top-Flight awards, NCRS
Performance Verification, a Zora Arkus Duntov Award winner, a MCACN
Concours award in 2022 and a MCACN Triple Diamond Certification in
2022. Finished in the quintessential Corvette Riverside Red with
matching hardtop and white soft top and black interior, nothing on
this car has been overlooked. Powered by its original 327ci/365hp
solid-lifter V8 tied to a 4-speed manual transmission, this
Corvette is undoubtedly one of the finest '64s available today
Unless stated otherwise, mileage shown on odometer is exempt and
