1956 Chevrolet 3100 Cameo pickup DGT8171 VIN. V3A56L018171. These
early 50s cameo pick ups are beautiful and you don't see a lot
them. This one started off with a 265 Chevy V8 engine, and that was
switched out to a 283 Chevy V8 engine. It came with a manual three
speed transmission with overdrive. Manual steering and brakes. The
brakes have been vastly improved in 2019 with new front disc
brakes. I have receipts back to 2008 promo previous owner. Both
Andrew and myself have looked this pic up over very thoroughly and
have driven it down the freeway. I think you'll be impressed with
it. It's a good looking truck. We didn't find any rust. It is
amazingly clean. It drives great runs good I really like the color
combination on it frosted mocha with dark green accent. Even the
gas tank behind the seat is painted to match with a frosted mocha.
The wood bed is beautiful. It looks really good with the BFGoodrich
Silvertown Radial wide white wall tires installed 2017. They're
like brand new. I'm not sure if the 1957 cameo trim on the bed was
added to the existing sides or the replace the sides I couldn't
tell looking up at it from the other side but it does have the 57
trim looks good.
