Vehicle Description
SOLD. This is number 13 of 90 Hugger editions produced. One of only
6 in black. The Hugger edition Z28 came about as a way to raise
money for racer (and Florida GMC dealer) Tom Nehl's #28 Camaro that
raced in the 1980 24 hours of Daytona. The profit made from the
sale of the 90 Hugger Camaros (which replicated his #28 race car)
would be used to fund the Daytona effort. These cars represent an
interesting piece of Camaro history. Powered by a 350 V8 engine,
automatic transmission and air conditioning. Special Vehicle
Developments of CT carried out the modifications which included
suspension upgrades, Minilite wheels, Racemark steering wheel, SVD
front spoiler with fog lamps, hood pins and a special striping. The
odometer on this Camaro indicates 36,000 miles - title states
exempt due to age. Asking $39,900 obo. Call Dave Murray at (407)
592-5039 for details.
