We are excited to offer this ultra-rare piece of muscle car and
drag racing history. This Hemi Cuda features only 800 documented
miles and was purchased to race NHRA Super Stock in 1970. Sold new
at Kellett Motors in Brockport New York and optioned with a 426
Hemi, 4-speed manual transmission, 3.45 Dana and Shaker hood.
Campaigned as the "Blue Angel II" and raced predominantly in the
Northeast. Since this car was a race car the original engine was
destroyed in the early 70's and currently has a 69 dated coded 426
Hemi which makes 521 horsepower on an engine dyno through stock
original exhaust manifolds on pump gas and an 18 spline Hemi
4-speed transmission and Dana rear end housing with a new 3.54 gear
set. The suspension both front and rear has been rebuilt to
"revive" it from drag race trim back to street use. This is a real
deal documented car still retaining most all of it's original paint
and interior that runs and drives excellent! Comes with the
original "Certificate of Sale" and "Retail Installment Contract".
