and is in a very desirable color combination of blue with a black
interior along with a 454 cubic inch modified engine, a 12 bolt
rear end, bigger tires and custom mag wheels.

Mechanical
Our has a period correct 454 Cubic Inch Big Block Chevrolet engine
in it with a Chevy Turbo transmission and it sits in the painted
and detailed engine compartment.
It has tons of performance features including full length tube
headers that run out through dual turbo-type mufflers, Holley
4-barrel carburetor with a chrome open element air breather,
aluminum intake, MSD system distributor, chrome valve covers,
hi-performance plumbing, performance spark plug wires, power brakes
with front discs, and power steering.
Interior
The interior is in excellent condition top to bottom. Everything
looks factory fresh from the black bucket seats, stock appearing
dash and gauges including a large racing tachometer, aftermarket
stereo radio system, and Horseshoe factory shifter in the factory
console.
It has matching rear seat, door panels, black carpeting, Chevelle
SS spoked steering wheel, and all looks very original.
Exterior
Nothing looks more sinister than the look of a 1972 Chevelle SS,
but when you add a cowl induction hood with the beautiful blue
metallic base clear paint on a clean rust free car it puts it on
another level.
The SS badging in the grill and on the fenders are a great touch
and really draw people to the car at shows and even gas stations.
The custom 5-spoke wheels that are always a classic shod with black
sidewall performance tires that gives this Chevelle a classic
stance and ride.
When you see how clean the underside and frame is you know this
Chevelle was built right with the 12-bolt rear end and sway bar and
the owner took pride in keeping everything just right.
Conclusion
1972 SS Chevelles like the one we have here at Skyway Classics do
