1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS True Super Sport 138 Vin, 350
Small Block V8 Engine, mild cam, HD forged steel crank, with chrome
valve covers and dual snorkel factory air cleaner. Cast-iron
exhaust. Aluminum intake manifold. Dual feed double pumper
Four-barrel carburetor. Braided stainless steel fuel line. Steel
fan shroud. Automatic Transmission, Power Front Disc Brakes, Power
Steering, First Generation, second year Chevelle built. Just like
it's 1965 again. Beautiful Chevelle SS with Very High-Quality Paint
job with acrylic base coat clear coat paint with straight gaps and
lines. Newer battery belts and hoses. Heavy duty spark plug wires
with heat resistant sleeves on the plug-ends. The beginning of a
muscle car Legend. Unveiled in 1964, GM's redesigned A-body
immediately received great reviews. A new design consisting of a
full frame unit-body chassis while providing Chevrolet a means to
supply a 'compact' model of its own. Praised for its clean body
lines, well-balanced handling, overall comfort and available
powertrain combinations, the Chevelle had made History. For 1965
only mild visual refinements were made, a more angular front end
and sportier tail panel. Later model four-speed R4 series automatic
transmission with overdrive. T handle shifter. Body is Finished in
Tuxedo Black Paint over good sheet metal. Very nice trunk and pans.
All the chrome and trim and grill and door handles exterior and
interior and bumpers are in excellent condition. Red Vinyl Interior
with Bucket seats and Center Console, Electric clock. Very clean
dash with newer original style gauges. Newer front and rear door
panels. Great carpeting and headliner. 15 inch "America Racing"
milled aluminum mags with Grand Am Raised White Letter Radial
Tires.
