Vehicle Description
1965 Chevrolet Impala Hardtop It was a dramatic change in 1965 for
the entire Chevrolet lineup. The previous boxier body style was
abandoned for the sleeker fastback look to move forward into the
next, more hip, generation of the American automobile. The long
lines gave it a lower leaner look while still keeping enough room
inside for the passengers. This individual is a well equipped
Impala with some nice modern upgrades. The correct 327 V8 is
channeled through a correct Powerglide transmission with power
steering, and Wilwood power front and rear drilled and slotted disc
brakes. Finished in Butternut Yellow with black bench seat interior
that looks fabulous. Enhancing the visual horse power are 15 inch
Rally wheels front and rear with BFG 235 front and 255 rear RWL
radials. The paint is very nice and the chrome and stainless are
nearly new. The 327 V8 with double hump heads starts easily and
runs out smooth with a Rochester 4V carb with electric choke along
with easy shifting Powerglide and 3.23 12 Bolt Limited Slip rear
end, it goes down the road with little effort and will give the
next lucky owner years of cruising pleasure. Oh no, lest we forget,
an original AC car converted to 134a that works great. It features
a complete full dual exhaust with a mellow note in great shape. Am
radio works. and it also has a optional power front seat. This is
one you can get in and cruise until to heart is content in comfort
and style. As always, we will consider all types of trades.
