Buick Regal survivor. This luxurious Buick still wears it's
original Rosewood Metallic paint - a rather rare color. The paint
is now driver quality, but the color is great. This Regal does an
excellent job of taking a well-appointed luxury car and
incorporating a sporty flair. The padded landau top is still in
great shape and is separated from the painted roof by an elegant
chrome band. There is quite a bit of bright-work to see on the
exterior including nice bumpers, rocker trim, wheel lip molding,
drip rail molding, side accent strips, door edge guards, front
grill, and headlight bezels. The car sits atop Magnum 500-style
wheels wrapped in Cooper Cobra Radial GT's - giving it a bit of an
aggressive stance. Under the hood you'll find an extremely clean
and stock engine bay with a factory 5 liter 307 V-8 at it's heart.
The V-8 is mated to a smooth-shifting 3-speed automatic
transmission. Stopping power comes from power front discs and rear
drums. Open the drivers door to reveal a clean and very comfortable
dark red interior. The long doors both feature wood trim and a pull
out handle for closure. The drivers door offers power window and
lock controls as well as an internal side mirror control. The 45/55
bench seat is covered in soft velour-like fabric and is incredibly
comfortable. Both front and back seats are tear and stain free. The
driver is treated to tilt wheel, power steering, cruise control,
and intermittent wipers. This Regal features cold A/C, hot heat,
and a rear window de-fogger. The crack-free dash has elegant
stitching and continues the wood trim elements found on the doors.
In the center of the dash is a factory AM/FM/Cassette stereo that
sounds great. The cloth headliner is tight and the burgundy carpet
is in good condition with vinyl GM floor mats. Around back you'll
find a clean trunk with a simple carpeted mat, a donut spare, and a
jack. At just 85,791 miles, this classic Regal has a long cruising
life ahead of it. If you're looking for some old-school sporty
luxury that won't break the bank then take a good hard look at this
86 Regal!
