UPDATE August 12, 2023 The Nova project is finished. Engine runs strong, car drives great. Operating temp. is at 185*, coolant recovery system added. This is a street monster.
Rescued from setting in a driveway for over 10 yrs. Was a drag car for many yrs. Ran in Pinks All Out 2007 at Moroso dragstrip, has the sticker on the dash. I purchased it a yr ago and restored it back to street beast. All new mechanical and suspension. Rebuilt the 468ci engine and tamed it down for street use. Replaced rod/main bearings, new pistons, new comp cam and lifters. Heads have BIG valves, BIG square port and Merlin intake. Holley 850 carb, aluminum radiator and electric fan.
Steering & front suspension is new. Complete new power brake system with frt disc rear drum. New tires, and much more. Rear diff is GM 12 bolt, Turbo 400 trans with manual valve body and trans brake. Paint is not perfect but acceptable. C’mon take a look.
