1965 Chrysler Newport New Yorker finished in custom Black and
Silver paint job. Paint is in good shape; chrome and brightwork
also in nice shape. Paint has some minor touch up in spots in the
rear, see still photos. This build is powered by the 392 Hemi V8
that has been paired up with a 6-speed manual transmission. Nicely
equipped with power steering, power brakes, and A/C. Previous owner
states there is approximately 20,000 miles on the drivetrain
(engine and transmission). The engine and trans were taken from a
2019 Challenger. Riding on chrome SRT wheels. Previous owner also
states that this car is still sporting the original sheet metal!
Black and white vinyl/cloth bucket seat interior with center
console. Pistol grip shifter on the console, push button start,
aftermarket tachometer above the dash, and custom gauge cluster has
been added under the dash. Dual rear exhaust with box exhaust tips.
This also has Hotchkis sport suspension components, K&M filter,
cold air intake, aluminum radiator, electric fan, Dana 3:91 gear
rear end, 4 wheel disc brakes, QA1 shocks, power windows, and power
locks. Tachometer works! Great sounding Hemi-powered Chrysler!
