***1975 Ford Bronco*** The Ford Bronco; arguably the most iconic
name in American off-road vehicles. The First generation Bronco was
introduced for the 1966 model year and was an instant smash hit,
and ensured Bronco production would continue for the next 30 years
until 1996 when it was regrettably shelved in favor of the much
larger Ford Expedition. However, the name was revived and lives on
today in the form of the Sixth generation Bronco. This particular
Bronco is a 1975 model, just two years before the First generation
ended production and the upsized Second generation Bronco went into
production. The First generation, like this one, is synonymous with
a simple body on frame construction, powered by either a straight
six or small block V8. This particular Bronco is equipped with a
Ford 302ci V8 mated to a 3 speed automatic. The 302 has been
modified with long tube headers, an Edelbrock carburetor, and a MSD
distributor. The interior has also been redone and has been
equipped with a Bluetooth capable radio. The underside has been
outfitted with a slightly lifted suspension and upgraded steering
rack to compliment. If the Jeep was the first off-road vehicle,
then the Bronco is what put the segment on the map. Combining
simplicity with attractive styling, there is a reason that Broncos
are to this day consistently sought after by collectors even though
much more capable off-roaders exist in the modern car market. I
