1966 Cadillac Coupe DeVille 2 door Hardtop. I've owned this car for 3 years. Unfortunately, I don't drive it much, so I've decided to sell it. Has the original 429 V8 engine and has been upgraded with a new Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor and new Pertronix electronic ignition. Runs great. Turbo 400 automatic transmission. Power steering / power brakes. Factory air-conditioning (A/C does not blow cold). Heater works. Power windows. Power seat. Hidden Bluetooth audio with 6x9 speakers. Coker wide whitewall radial tires are older but have good tread. Has rare and desirable 1961 Cadillac wheel covers. Body is straight. Paint is bright white with a hint of blue pearl. Base coat / clear coat paint is a few years old - it's slick and shiny but is not perfect. Paint presents well overall but has a few blemishes here and there. A previous owner did some amateur rust repair in the rear wheel tub area (underneath the car) - it's not noticeable, you have to go look for it up under the car - it is not a structural issue and not anything I'd worry about - just drive the car and enjoy. The chrome trim and bumpers appear to be original and are in pretty good condition overall, especially considering they're 57 years old. All glass is good - no chips or cracks. Trunk weatherstripping was recently replaced. The door weatherstripping is tired. Window felts appear ok. The interior is in good condition overall - yes the seats and door panels are a non-original moss green color, but you'll grow to love it. Headliner is white and it's nice. Dash pad is nice - no cracks. The car has seat belts front and rear. All of the gauges work. The wipers, horn, turn signals, lights and interior lights all work. The front power windows work but the rear windows do not work (I've never tried to diagnose). The power seat is sluggish. Has a dual exhaust system with turbo mufflers - it's not loud, has a low mellow tone. The car drives good and the brakes work fine. The brake master cylinder was recently replaced and the power brake booster was rebuilt by a professional shop. I just had the driveshaft (and dual CV u-joints) completely rebuilt. New battery. The odometer reads 95,742 miles and that is believed to be the actual miles. This Cadillac is nice enough for local car shows and is a great cruise night car. Drive it and have fun with it as it's value continues to go up. I am located in Denison, Texas. I have the Texas title on hand. The title is in my name. Registration is current and this car is currently insured through Hagerty with a $25,000 agreed value. I have contacts who offer classic car financing if you have good credit. I can help arrange shipping if needed. Look over the photos, check out the walk-around video, then call or text me to discuss further 940 632 9454
