Toploader 4-speed manual transmission and a Hurst shifter with a
Go-Baby-Go switch. A 2.5-inch exhaust with electric
variable-controlled exhaust dumps to allow the exhaust volume to be
adjusted from full mufflers to deafening open headers. The original
suspension has been replaced with updated and modern components,
including front tubular frame rails, subframe connectors, power
rack & pinion steering and front adjustable coilovers. The rear
suspension consists of a Watts Link 9-inch semi-floating rear
differential with pivot and swing arms, QA1 shocks and coilovers.
It also features heim joints and frame rail brackets. Stopping
power is provided by 4-wheel Wilwood 12.25m power disc brakes with
4-piston drilled and slotted rotors and red calipers. This vehicle
is finished in Pepper Gray Metallic 2-stage PPG paint with black
Rally body stripes and multiple layers of clear coat over the top.
The underside of the fiberglass hood and shaved engine compartment
are also painted in the body color. This Eleanor rolls on 8x17-inch
front and 9.5x18-inch rear Eleanor-style wheels with Z-rated
performance tires. The interior features custom low-back leather
seats, a leather center console and a matching dash with
stainless-steel billet trim on the dash and door panels. It is also
equipped with a Vintage Air climate-control system. The dash
cluster is fitted with brand-new retro-style Velocity gauges, with
a RetroSound stereo featuring Bluetooth connectivity and multiple
speakers. The rear area is outfitted with a matching leather
factory-style fold-down seat with the inoperable NOS bottle located
behind it. This Eleanor Tribute Edition also has a custom-painted
roll bar with a certified seat belt harness and LED lighting the
interior cabin, engine compartment and chassis area. It features
two batteries in the trunk, one for starting and the second for the
LED lighting and accessories, paired with a remote battery kill
switch for storage purposes. The car's extensive gauges and
lighting, including the front blue driving lights, fog lights and
LED lights, operate and function correctly with the flip of a
toggle switch.
