Vehicle Description
This 1977 Chevrolet C20 gets things right where it matters: a
strong-running small block, the rare 3+3 cab configuration, and a
host of handy features. So when it's wrapped in an awesomely
vintage package, this is a great way to look cool while getting
your work done.
The two-tone copper and beige is the factory-correct combo. It
shows all the right signs of being the factory application, and it
looks stock, right down to the full trim used to separate the two
colors. There's a weathered appearance that shows it's a worker.
Quite frankly, it looks quite nice against original-style pieces
like the stock grille and badging. It also comes with factory
features to make it a terrific hauler like the additional running
lights on top, wide towing mirrors, and dual fuel tanks. There are
the right additions for extra ability with features like
full-length diamond plate running boards, an aerodynamic bed cover,
and a proper trailer hitch with wiring hookup and trailer brake.
Some of these upgrades even add to the flair. The clear headlights
give this some front-end jewelry while doing a better job of
lighting the way forward. And the 17-inch ProComp alloys have a
clean look to showcase the HD 8-lug alloys. So if you're the kind
of person who thinks functional is beautiful, then you also know
this is quite an honest-looking stunner.
Inside is more of the great vintage cool feeling. You see it
everywhere from the pattern of the seatbacks to the trim on the
door panels. You will find room for improvement in the details, but
we also bet your mind is racing about all the cool upgrades you can
do with the rare four-door cab with two rows of three-across
seating (the famous 3+3 setup.) It also comes with nice features
from day one, like an AM/FM/cassette stereo, sliding rear glass, a
cup holder, R134a air conditioning, and newer carpeting. Plus, we
like the feeling from the driver's seat. There are good upgrades
like a wood-rimmed steering wheel, a handy tach, and a moveable cup
holder center console. The dash even looks great with a saddle
leather cover that makes you feel like you drove this one off the
ranch.
Under the hood is a robust package. It's Chevy's hardy 350
cubic-inch V8 upgraded with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor and
headers. This fires up readily, idles nicely, and has a
smooth-running nature that feels good on the road. It even makes a
nice tune out of the side exhaust tip. And while this may be a
large and useful truck it's an all-around solid cruiser, too.
That's why you have power steering, power brakes, front discs, and
a three-speed automatic transmission.
This Chevy has a rare and work-ready style that's awesome. And the
value price leaves room in your budget if you want to do projects
everywhere from upgrading the A/C blower to dropping in big block
power. Heck, this rare 3+3 configuration is also being snapped up
for some great full restomod conversions. So no matter your plans
for the C20, you know this has the price, features, and ability
that make it irresistible from day one. Call today!!!
