This 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator is powered by a 351 Cleveland
engine mated to a FMX Merc-O-Matic transmission. Full drivetrain,
mechanical, suspension and interior restoration completed in 2018.
It is finished in Competition Green paint over a white interior.
The Elite Marti report shows this car as one of 165 with this paint
and trim. Options listed on the Marti Report are the Eliminator
Package, FMX Merc-O-Matic transmission, F70X14 belted tires with
raised white letters, center console, power front disc brakes,
power steering, AM radio, rear seat speakers and competition
suspension. Air conditioning was added by the previous owner and
functions properly.
