Vehicle Description
This restored 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle LS5 SS is powered by a 454ci
V8 engine with a matching-numbers block and aluminum cylinder heads
built by Herbert & Wilson Racing, rated at over 500hp. The engine
is mated to an overdrive transmission with a Richmond 3.90-ratio
posi-traction rear end. This vehicle is equipped with an EZ EFI
fuel-injected throttle body, and stopping power is provided by disc
brakes. The paint and body feature a clean restoration, including a
functional cowl-induction hood with pins and tinted glass. The
interior is stock and features black bucket seats and a console, a
Kenwood premium stereo with a CD player, power amplifiers and a
removable subwoofer. It is also equipped with Classic Auto Air
climate control and power steering. This Chevelle rides on a set of
staggered chrome Cragar wheels with white-letter tires. Included in
the sale is the build book from its restoration and upgrades.
