This 1976 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am coupe is powered by its
original drivetrain, including the matching-numbers 400ci V8 engine
backed by its matching-numbers 4-speed manual transmission
connected to the original posi-traction rear end. It underwent a
full frame-off restoration completed in September 2022, with test
miles only. As part of the restoration, the engine was removed,
torn down and freshened with all-new gaskets and seals, with a
water pump, new alternator and 2-inch dual exhaust system also
installed. The exterior is finished in Charcoal Gray with the
Firebird "Screaming Chicken" graphic on the hood. This Trans Am is
factory-equipped with power disc brakes, power steering and air
conditioning. It is optioned with a Shaker hood and 15-inch Rally
II wheels. The vehicle's black bucket-seat interior features a
center console, remote driver's side-view mirror, a factory 8-track
player and an aftermarket Sony AM/FM/cassette stereo. 42,619 miles
