Vehicle Description
This custom 1971 Chevrolet Suburban is sitting on a 2005 Chevrolet
2500 HD 4x4 chassis. It is powered by a 6.6-liter Duramax Diesel V8
engine mated to a 5-speed Allison automatic transmission and 263XHD
push-button electric-shift transfer case. The factory 2005 radiator
and intercooler were custom-fabricated to fit in and look
factory-installed. The body came from Texas and was stripped and
painted Hugger Orange with all PPG products, with the frame
sandblasted and painted with Imron. This Suburban rides on Raceline
wheels with 315/75/16 BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires. This Suburban's
brand-new interior has all the original look with modern
technologies. Its design qualities include houndstooth detail
matched with leather trim covering the front seat and the rear
bench seat. This SUV is also equipped with a Vintage Air system,
RetroSound stereo with Bluetooth capabilities, tinted windows,
Dakota Digital gauges, tilt steering column and cruise control. The
attention to detail in the restoration and custom fabrication is
reflected in the 3-year, 1,500-hour frame-off build completed in
2021. ** PREVIEW
