GT3 in Arctic Silver Metallic and Black Leather/Alcantara, with
Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes. The 997.1 GT3 was rolled out in
2006 as Porsche's second generation of its GT3 series, to replace
the 996 GT3. The revised model was given a more powerful 3.6 liter
flat-six engine, ''zero lift'' aerodynamics, and Porsche's active
suspension management (PASM). Driven's car has PCCB, with new
carbon brake pads installed in May of 2021, including replacing the
PCCB hardware that's prone to long-term corrosion failure. In
August of 2021, a full service was performed including replacing
fluids, filters and installing 4 new Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2
tires. Not a mark appears on the HVAC buttons in this car, which is
great to see, as these are generally high wear items on the 997
generation cars. This GT3 has 49 thousand miles, with Paint
Protection Film installed on the front bumper, hood, fenders, as
well as the lower rockers and rear fenders. Driven's GT3 comes with
a Cobb tune and Access Port to safely deliver an additional 6% HP
and Torque over the factory ratings. Also includes GMG center
muffler bypass, welded coolant lines, owner's manual, 2 keys, clean
DME, clean car fax, service records.
