Car bought new in July of 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah by a Korean War vet. He settled in Ely, Nevada which is where the car stayed until 2003. In 2003 the car was purchased by a couple who grew up in Ely and had been in love with the car since their high school days. The car was treated to a no expense spared frame off restoration. The body was dipped at Nor-Cal Stripping in an acid solution and another vat to remove all old paint, grease etc. The frame was stripped and powder coated. This car was meticulously restored by the owner who restored multiple cars during his lifetime. Dozens of pictures were taken during restoration. Nada on this car is $115,800. It appraised in 2015 for $127,800. Restoration costs were even higher. Seller will consider reasonable offers. The color is the original Nautilus Blue which is more turquoise than the blue that shows in the pictures.
