We will start off with the exterior of this Grand National. As you
would expect with a low mileage car, the body on it is stunning.
Down the sides are laser straight and it shows to have always been
loved and cared for. All of the gaps are even and symmetrical and
the body lines flow near perfectly from the front to the back.
Everything is covered in the original Black paint that has been
kept polished up to a beautiful finish that really shows off the
impressive body. The bumper filler pieces have been replaced and
repainted, but the rest of the body looks to be close to original.
Up front we can see that the grill is in excellent condition along
with the front bumper. This '87 comes with the factory T Tops and
we can see that they are both beautiful. All of the seals and
weather stripping look amazing as well. The rest of the glass and
seals in this Buick are also beautiful and the side glass goes up
and down with ease. Out back, the rear bumper is excellent along
with all of the tail light lenses. To finish off the stance on this
Grand National we can see it has the factory wheels, center caps,
and is sitting on a set of Indy 500 White Letter Tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this '87. On the inside it's
equally impressive as it looks like it just rolled off the showroom
floor. It looks to be all original and in phenomenal condition,
truly a time capsule. Both door panels are like new from the pull
handle to the Power Window and Power Door lock controls. It comes
with the driver remote mirror and all of material is beautiful.
This Grand National features the Bucket seats and console that
houses the Automatic Shifter. We can see that the front seats and
rear seats are like new from the bottoms to the tops. Both he
headliner and the carpet in this '87 are beautiful and have a great
fit still. Looking at the dash you'll be nothing short of amazed as
it is not showing any cracks or signs of being abused. All the
gauges are beautiful as well and working as they should. We can
also see that it comes with Tilt wheel, Cruise Control and has the
factory steering wheel along with having the factory radio. Inside
the trunk is all rock sold and we can see that it has the factory
spare and T Top storage bags.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Buick. Under the hood
is one of the cleanest engine bays you will ever find. It's fresh
out the wrapper and is something to marvel at. All of the metal is
rock solid and we can see that all of the markings and stickers are
like new. The power comes from the original 3.8L V6 engine that is
Turbo Powered. All the hoses and lines are in great condition and
show well. The 3.8L engine is set up just like it would have been
if you had ordered in '87. It comes set up with Power Steering,
Power Brakes with Disc on the front and Factory Air Conditioning.
When we look under this Grand National its easy to see that it has
been very well cared for over the years as the floor pans and frame
are all rock solid. The Matching Numbers 3.8L V6 Engine is mated to
the matching numbers THM 200 R4 Transmission that goes out back to
the original 10 Bolt Rear End with 3.42 Gears. We can see that a
new gas tank was installed and that all of the fuel and brake lines
