Auto Museum and Sales presents this 1971 Chevrolet Corvette LT-1
which was first delivered in Pennsylvania , where it was acquired
by the first owner. Powered by a 350 cubic inch V8 engine paired
with a 4-speed manual transmission. The original owner of this car
tracked it down in North Carolina years after selling it and
performed a thorough restoration to bring it back to its former
glory. The car is finished in Brands Hatch Green over Green leather
interior and it features the Turbo-Fire 350 with a 9.0:1
compression ratio, impacted-extruded aluminum alloy pistons, finned
aluminum rocker covers, a special-performance cam, mechanical
lifters and a forged steel-alloy crank. Plus, an aluminum intake
manifold, high-domed hood, transistor ignition. With this, and all
other Corvette engines you got Corvettes dual exhausts with
rectangular outlets and Positraction differential standard.
Instrumentation consists of a 160-mph speedometer, analog
tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and
fuel level. The analog odometer displays 61,760 miles. The 350ci V8
is equipped with a 4-speed Transmission, and was factory rated at
330 horsepower and 360 lb-ft of torque. This vehicle is in
beautifully restored condition, and includes the original
Protect-O-Plate, brochures, and service history. EXCELLENT
