Let's take a second and look over this gorgeous 2006 GMC Sierra 2500. It's a fully loaded SLT with heated leather seats, Bose audio, power sunroof, and rear entertainment. Condition-wise, it's nicer than 95% of these trucks were by 2007. You can tell it's a crystal clean truck from top to bottom, inside and out. It currently has 147,073 miles on it, which is practically nothing on one of these 6.6L Duramax/6 Speed Allison Transmission combos. That didn't stop the current owner from doing a little preventative maintenance though. Less than 1000 miles ago this truck got a new FASS 165 lift pump, a CAT Fuel filter, Merchant Water Pump w/thermostats, Redhead steering gear box, and a new green serpentine belt. They replaced the tensioners and idlers when doing the belt along with the idler arm and pitman arm when replacing the steering gear box. A Bilstein 5100 steering stabilizer was also installed to ensure a smooth steering experience. Every fluid and filter in the truck was replaced and the transmission lines were replaced with AN fitted Fleece lines. A complete Rough Country leveling kit with upper control arms and HD shock absorbers was installed to complete the perfect truck stance above 285/75/16 BFG KO2 all terrain tires. Firestone Airbags will keep the truck level when hauling heavy loads thanks to an on board compressor and control pod under the dash. A B&W turnover gooseneck hitch is in the bed ready to go to work as soon as you hook it up. You have torque on demand thanks to the DSP 5 tune switch with custom tunes stored for each selection.
Cosmetically, it has all new lights and lenses, Recon LED clearance markers, an LED 3rd brake light, and spray in bed liner. Inside a Kenwood double din provides clear audio and vibrant back up camera imaging. It was professionally installed and the steering wheel mounted audio controls still work. Speaking of working properly, so does everything else on the truck including the sunroof and heated seats.
