fully-restored 1956 Corvette in Venetian Red. The current (3rd)
owner of the car did the full restoration utilizing various
specialists over the past 12 years. This gorgeous Corvette has been
featured in various shows both locally and nationally and is in
absolutely stunning condition. The '56 was the year Chevy really
committed to the Corvette and features a slew of design/engineering
upgrades from the introductory model. Some of the resto and
tasteful upgrades on this car include - all new brakes - new slave
cylinder - new Magma Flow exhaust system - new shocks - new paint
in original Venetian Red with Beige side indents (per spec) - new
upholstery stitched with original Corvette waffle pattern -
original wheels on new tires - 350 Automatic trans with Lokar
shifter - add'l electric radiator fan. The Corvette is powered by a
sourced 350 ci 4-bolt main engine with unknown mileage and starts,
runs, drives, shifts, and stops perfectly. The hardtop was newly
painted with body, and the soft-top is frame only and needs new
upholstery. Side windows come with the car to be installed (if
desired) with all activators & knobs already installed. The seller
is also including the original engine (265ci), a transmission
cooling kit, extra wonder bar radio, and plenty of documentation in
the sale. The car is being very lightly used for showings (and
cruise-ings) and has always been kept in a concrete-floored garage
