This 1983 Ford Mustang convertible is a very nice original
'survivor'. It appears that the Mustang has been garaged and the
mileage shown (60,500) may well be actual. The factory Ebony Black
exterior is in very good condition and is accented with red pin
striping. A power convertible top is in excellent condition and
performs well. The original interior is also in very good condition
showing virtually no wear. Red vinyl sport seats have been well
cared for and carpeting, dash and door cards are excellent. The
Mustang is equipped with air conditioning, faux walnut trim dash,
factory gauge package, power windows, power locks and
AM/FM/Cassette stereo. Horsepower is supplied by 3.8L 'Essex' V6
that is said to have never been rebuilt. Equipped with a Motorcraft
2150 2-barrel carburetor, it was factory rated at 112bhp and
175lb/ft. The smooth running V6 is backed by a 3-speed automatic
transmission that transfers power to a factory differential. The
chassis is equipped MacPherson strut front suspension, rack/pinion
power steering and power disc/drum brakes. Steel wheels w/factory
wire wheel covers mount nice BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. This
totally unmolested Mustang convertible looks great, sounds great
and runs strong - a 'Hoss' is ready for summer fun. ALL VEHICLES
SOLD "AS IS".
