This 1967 Ford F-100 has the appeal of a clean/classic style and an
air-conditioned interior. But what really makes it distinct is when
you look under the hood and discover the modern EcoBoost motor and

the right cruiser features, like cold-blowing air conditioning and
a retro-style AM/FM stereo with Bluetooth.
The body may be a classic style Ford, but the heart is a modern
blue oval wonder. This is a 2.3-liter turbocharged EcoBoost motor.
This is an impressive fuel-injected powerhouse that's quite
versatile. In fact, you can walk into a Ford dealership today, and
they have a version in the showroom for everything from the Mustang
to the Bronco. We can't recall ever seeing one in a classic F-100
before, and in fact, this had some components specially 3D printed
to get the look and fit right. So you're likely going to get plenty
of interesting stares when you pop the hood at cars & coffee. But
the point of an upgrade like this is more than just showing off its
uniqueness. It's a versatile motor for the modern Ford Motor
Company, and so it makes this classic an excellent cruiser in
today's world. The powerhouse is mated to the excellent 10-speed
manual transmission that is computer-controlled to decide what is
the next ideal gear no matter if you're looking for extra power or
easy cruising. And yes, you do have paddle shifters on the steering
wheel that let you take even more control! And speaking of control,
this also has upgraded front disc brakes and the ability to fit
modern spot tires on the upgraded wheels. But even with all of the
additions, we like how this F-100 still gives you the proper
classic pickup feeling in the ride and handling.
