1970-1972 Monte Carlos are incredibly popular, and this 1972 has a
lot to offer!
Under the hood sits a mildly build 454 CID V8 with a Weiand intake,
Holley 4-barrel carburetor, mild cam, long tube headers, and HEI
distributor. The engine is ready to show with chrome valve covers,
air cleaner, brackets, A/C compressor, alternator, and more! The
valve covers proudly display the 454 emblem and the rumble through
dual exhaust lets everyone know this Monte means business!
That big block V8 is backed by a Turbo 400 automatic and a 12-bolt
rear end! Power steering and power brakes make this a great cruiser
and COLD A/C makes it great for hot summer nights. The interior is
basically as it left the factory with the exception of the Clarion
AM/FM/Cassette/Sirius XM radio and a couple gauges mounted under
the dash. The faux woodgrain on the dash and steering wheel add a
touch of class to this muscle car.
Rally wheels are wrapped with Cooper Cobra radial raised white
letter tires and tinted windows really give this Monte a tough
look. The Medium Blue Metallic paint is absolutely gorgeous and is
broken up nicely with a halo vinyl roof.
It comes with a car cover for storage and the trunk is nicely
detailed with spatter paint, a full-size spare tire, a jack, and
trunk mat. Recent work, with receipts include: 4 new tires, A/C
resistor, sway bar bushings, dash circuit board, blower motor
switch, window weatherstripping, upper � of the engine rebuilt,
washer fluid bottle, front brake calipers, rear wheel cylinders,
brake pads, dash cluster lights, fan belts, outside mirrors,
transmission fluid and filter, oil and filter, electric fan kit,
idler arm, center link, transmission neutral switch, transmission
shift switch, hood release spring, head gaskets, heads machined,
distributor rotor, and more!
