This 1958 MG MGA coupe was refurbished under previous ownership
around 12 years ago. It left the factory in September of 1957. We
recently acquired it October of 2022. The car is finished in
Mineral Blue over a gray leather interior and powered by a 1.5L
inline-four cylinder linked with a four-speed manual transmission.
Equipment includes 15? wire wheels, driving lights, fender-mounted
mirrors, a rear luggage rack, a Smiths heater, a Mallory ignition
coil, a Crane Cams electronic ignition module, an electric
auxiliary fan, and an oil cooler.
Exterior details include a rear luggage rack, fender-mounted
mirrors, driving lights, and chrome bumpers with overriders. Chrome
15? wire wheels are mounted with two-ear knock-off spinners and
wear 195/65 Goodyear Eagle GT tires. Stopping power is provided by
four-wheel drum brakes. The cabin features bucket seats upholstered
in gray leather as well as a color-coordinated dash topper, door
panels, and carpets. A radio blanking plate adorns the body-color
dash, and equipment includes a Smiths heater, a center arm rest,
and a fire extinguisher. The banjo-style steering wheel fronts a
Jaeger 120-mph speedometer and tachometer as well as a Smiths
combination gauge indicating oil pressure and water temperature.
The five-digit odometer shows 10689 miles at this time and total
mileage is unknown due to it being a 5-digit mechanical odometer.
The 1.5L inline-four cylinder is equipped with a Mallory ignition
coil, a Crane Cams XR700 electronic ignition module, an electric
auxiliary pusher fan, and an oil cooler. Please contact Kennith
Stewart at 803-283-7289 for more information.
