Vehicle Description
The car is finished in black with Tungsten Grey over-the-top
stripes and matching GT500 side stripes. Features include a
power-retractable black soft top, fog lights, hood vents, a front
splitter, a rear spoiler, Shelby badging, and polished dual exhaust
outlets. SVT 18? forged alloy wheels are mounted with 255/45
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires that were reportedly replaced in
2020. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with
Brembo front calipers, and the car is equipped with an SVT-tuned
suspension. The cabin features sport bucket seats upholstered in
Charcoal Black leather with perforated Crimson Red inserts, and
matching upholstery accents the door panels. Embossed Cobra logos
adorn the front backrests, and additional appointments include a
power-adjustable driver's seat, cruise control, air conditioning,
GT500 door sill plates, and an aftermarket Kenwood stereo. The
optional GT500 Premium Interior Trim Package added a stitched
dashboard, auto-dimming mirrors, and aluminum pedals. The
leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer and a
tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline as well as gauges for coolant
temperature, oil pressure, boost pressure, and fuel level. The
digital odometer indicates 6260 miles at this time. The
supercharged 5.4-liter DOHC V8 was factory rated at 500 horsepower
and 480 lb-ft of torque and is equipped with a K&N air intake.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec six-speed manual
transmission and a limited-slip differential. The window sticker
shows initial delivery to Burd Ford in Indianapolis, Indiana, along
with factory colors, equipment, and a total MSRP of $48,590. A Ford
