The World's Fastest Production Pickup! Unmatched performance Ford
SVT 5.4L Supercharged V8 pushing an impressive 360hp 440lb-ft of
torque! This menacing beauty is like new throughout.
The redesigned 2nd generation SVT Lighting featuring new styling
features and unmatched performance. This is your opportunity to own
the World's fastest production pickup.
This is one out standing 1999 Ford SVT Lighting! Just one look and
you'll know this is the one! A New Cervinis Ram Air hood (the
factory original hood comes with), and Cervinis Tailgate spoiler
gives an aggressive look. No more bulky heavy tonneau cover to deal
with NO! A LoPro Truxedo Truport tonneau cover quickly and easily
cover the cargo. Featuring a sleek, low-profile design. Tonneau
cover rolls all the way up to the cab, allowing you full access to
the bed and securely straps in place if the cargo extends above the
bed rails. The Lighting bed has been sprayed with a protective
tough layer of Rhino lining. New custom fit Weather Tech Floor
Liner HP only the best! The time has come to increase horsepower
and fuel economy with Ford Performance Predator programmer. The
Predator completely brings the Light alive with increased power
band! New Michelin Pilot Sport 275/40ZR20 and 315/35ZR20 rear
tires. The SVT has only 55155 miles!
Ford re-introduced the Lighting in 1999 based on the 1997 body
style. The 1999-2004 Generation II Ford F-150 SVT Lighting. The
SVT's most brutal truck motor ever! The 5.4L (351ci) Triton V8 with
an Eaton Supercharger that produced 440 ft-lb of torque @3,000 rpm.
In addition to the Eaton Supercharger's 8 pounds of boost! The
Triton has a 4.0-inch bore and 3.5-inch stroker. Lighting 5.4L
engine also packs a high-capacity intake system, forged pistons and
rods, heavy-duty balanced crank, and a water-to-air intercooler.
Exhales through a pair of fat, 3-inch exhaust tips, which exit just
forward of the right-side rear wheel. The Triton is backed by a
4R100 a 4-speed automatic transmission that sends power to the
rear-wheel-drive 3.55-to-1 limited slip differential. The Lighting
smokes to 60 in a mere 5.8-seconds! The Lighting pulls like a
freight train in any gear with excellent throttle response!
The Lighting's suspension system was one inch lower in the front
and two inches lower in the rear than the standard F-150. The
F-150's double A-arm coil spring design is replaced with a 5-leaf
setup and heavy-duty solid axle, gas shocks and a 23-mm stabilizer
bar. Which makes its resemblance to a NASCAR race truck more than
skin deep. Grip and response are exceptional for a truck. The
F-150's normal front plow is substantially reduced, and the
expected body roll almost nonexistent. Ford claims that the
Lighting will out-handle many performance cars. This beauty stops
from 60 averaged only 111-feet, thanks to huge 4-wheel discs
borrowed from the F-250 Super Duty model, along with a 4-wheel
anti-lock system.
Check list; Aluminum 20" wheels, Leather Seats, Air Conditioning,
Passenger Airbag, Drivers Airbag, Cruise Control, Power locks,
Power Windows, Tachometer, Eaton Supercharger!
Take it home for $36,500.00!
