This 1987 Mustang GT convertible is a nice example of the Gen3
Mustang. It was restored in 2016 and has been well cared for since.
The White exterior is in very good condition as is the
power-assisted white soft-top. The '87 model received an exterior
facelift with the new GT accents, 'SVO' aero treatment and body
side-skirting. This convertible is equipped with a trunk luggage
rack and factory 15" Turbo alloy wheels that mount Uniroyal
performance radials. The interior is also in very good condition.
Power sport seats are upholstered in white vinyl and the GT is well
optioned with cold A/C, power-tinted windows, tilt wheel, power
locks and an AM/FM/Cassette sound system. The 3rd generation
Mustang was built on the 'Fox' platform and powered by a 5.0L
(302ci) V8 rated at 225HP and 300lb/ft of torque. The Windsor is
factory equipped with 9.2:1 compression aluminum pistons, E7TE
performance heads and EFI fuel injection. It is backed by a 4-speed
automatic gearbox and stock differential. The chassis is equipped
with power rack/pinion steering and power brakes (front disc
10.8"D/ rear drum 9.0"D). Front suspension is independent
MacPherson struts and the rear is coil springs with front/rear sway
bars. This well maintained Mustang GT ragtop is your perfect summer
ride, at the beach or in the mountains. ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS
IS".
