1973 Plymouth Road Runner NSRA certified in 2020. Received NADA
condition grade of 3+ From Greg Denk Sr in 2019 and an appraisal
Engine/Engine Compartment: 440 rebuilt big block Chrysler V8. Steel
crankshaft turned 0.10 on both the mains and rod journals. Rods are
I-beam type with 11-1 compression pistons. Aftermarket Lunati
hydraulic cam shaft. The intake is a cast aluminum Torker by
Edelbrock. The carburetor is a Demon dual line 4 barrel with 750
cfm. Chrome valve covers and new Moroso air cleaner, red spark plug
wires with boots contrast against the black engine. Full length
competition headers, power steering, power brakes with aftermarket
dual reservoir, polished and chrome plated including the lid.
Distributor is factory electric. The radiator is a new aluminum
Champion unit with chrome top. The Beep Beep horn is new. New
windshield wiper reservoir, hoses and wiper blades installed. The
RPO option tag is missing from the fender. There is no air
conditioning unit. Chassis: original/rebuilt; all new front end
components and tie rods have been replaced. The exhaust is a true
dual system using oval Magnum style mufflers with chrome tail pipe
tips. Newly updated Electric cutouts can be opened and closed by
operating a switch on the left dash panel. New fuse panel and front
wiring harness. 3 piece clutch assembly was installed at the same
time as the engine. The original cast iron manual 4 speed
transmission was inspected and refurbished as necessary. A Hurst
pistol grip shifter is original. The rear differential is 8.75 with
Sure Grip. New four wheel disc brakes with new lines and flex
hoses. 17' American Torque Aluminum wheels with black centers. The
front wheels are 7'wide with Nexen 225/55ZRx17 black walls and the
rear are 8' wide with Nexen 225/50ZRx17 black walls. New fuel tank,
floor pans and trunk pans. Interior: The interior was refurbished
with aftermarket upholstery from Legendary. The front seats are new
and the rear is original
