Vehicle Description
1969 Chevy El Camino custom. Has a new 3845.00 Tremec 5, TKX 5
speed manual transmission model TCET17805 the previous owner had
installed a year ago, gear radio as follows
(2.87,1.89,1.28,1.00,.68. Strait six GMC 250 HD truck engine, with
modified valves for unleaded fuel, street RV style cam, Offenhauser
4 Barrel intake with Holley 650 cfm carb and dual headman headers
with dual exhaust. SS custom built hood by one of Big Daddy Don
Garlits Museum car builders. Cragar SS wheels, nice wide tires.
Nice glass, body is about as close as you get to perfect. Very nice
ocean blue paint job, with no chips, dings or dents. Some of the
last pictures show the car without the trim. Thats because the car
was completely DE trimmed and reassembled after paint to assure a
good quality job. Although it is not a perfect show car, it is
however a thumbs up quality local car showstopper. Floors are very
nice too, see pictures. Wheel wells are nice and clean as well. I
had resonators installed by Performance exhaust center here in
Ocala for a much nicer tuned quality sound. This is a great
performance car with real good fuel mileage, that you can take down
the interstate highways at 80 mph, trouble free all day long.
