Vehicle Description
On the lot now is a real looker. This burnt-orange 1970 Chevrolet
Nova with SS trim is an extremely clean car! Featuring a black
vinyl top, dual exhaust and a small-block V8, that Nova feeling
doesn't get much better than this. The 3rd-gen Nova, of which this
car is an example, was made from 1968 to 1974 and remains as one of
the most capable muscle cars to ever wear the bowtie emblem,
especially the ones made from 1968 to 1971. This one is befitting
of that legacy, equipped with a hardy 350 C.I. V8 paired to an
Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor breathing through a massive air
cleaner. Torque from that 350 gets to the pavement through the use
of a column-shifted 3-speed automatic transmission, good for smooth
cruising and for smooth, seamless shifting. The exterior "Burnt
Orange" paint of this Nova looks great having been buffed to a
beautiful shine, and it absolutely gleams under the sun. The black
vinyl top is an excellent compliment to the paint, giving both an
aggressive yet period-correct look at the same time. The interior
is just as nice, with black vinyl trim matching the top and split
bench seats in the front. An aftermarket Grant GT steering wheel
helms this car, and air conditioning makes the interior even more
comfortable! Options fitted to this '70 Nova include power
steering, 4-wheel power disc brakes (for better stoppage!), air
conditioning, a heater + defroster, aftermarket headlights, SunPro
underdash performance gauges, a Grant GT steering wheel, an
aftermarket tachometer, a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo system, newer
speakers, vent windows, and a sweet-sounding dual exhaust system.
The car rides on stock-style Chevrolet rally wheels over Cooper
Cobra Radial GT RWL tires for a period-accurate muscular
appearance. This is one Nova that runs and drives even better than
it looks, which is really saying something. All it needs is a new
driver, and we think you'd look pretty good sitting behind the
wheel.
