Shaker hood scoop, front spoiler, rear slats, Ford aluminum 351W racing small block stroked to 460 cubic inch (painted blue) making 585 Hp/555 lbs/Ft, Tremec T56 6-speed (twin disc hydraulic clutch) with Hurst T-Shifter, 35 spline Ford 9” with 4:30 Eaton True-Trac Posi, 4” alum driveshaft, custom ceramic coated headers & 2-1/2” dual exhaust w/crossover, electric fuel pump in top of fuel tank & regulator inside trunk & 1/2” SS fuel line. Motor is roller solid lifter and runs on premium pump gas, Brodix Race-Rite alum heads with Jesel roller rockers, 750 Quik fuel DP carb, Edelbrock Victor alum intake, Petronix Dual Spark Ignition, aluminum rad (duplicate of OEM & painted black)
Great effort was required to keep car looking stock & fit a tall-deck motor with hi-rise intake under the hood using original shaker (heavily customized to recover 2-1/2”). Custom made adapter plates to allow use of original Boss valve covers (8 to 6 bolt) & provide clearance for Jesel rockers) custom mounting brackets to allow altenator & P/S pump to mount in stock locations. Square tubing subframe rail extensions were installed to stiffen body to handle extra Hp.
New wiring harnesses, new glass, all new front end & stock suspension, restored Gauge cluster with rare Tach option added, added Tilt Column, new carpet & door panels, added-line lock with button in Hurst shifter handle. Includes new set of Magnum 500 rims (still in boxes) & CalTrac traction bars for factory staggered rear shocks
