The car retains its original 5.4-liter V8 engine making 345 brake horsepower from the factory and an automatic transmission. The GTS model has different bodywork, larger front brakes, unique wheels, a new and more powerful 5.4-liter engine, and some other upgrades compared to the regular 928. The car was among the most expensive cars on the road at the time, and sales were modest, and only 955 were sold in Europe, making the GTS one of the rarest 928 ever produced. The car has a full leather interior and a newer, updated air conditioner in working order.
The car has been thoroughly inspected and serviced and can be enjoyed for many years. The vehicle is coming out of Danish ownership and has a Dutch title. An independent Dutch pre-purchase inspection report from 2021 is included in the sale.
