1984 Jeep Scrambler
Why This Car Is Special
The Jeep is as American as apple pie and baseball. They are one of
the most customizable vehicles on the planet, and this 1984 Jeep
Scrambler we have here at Adventure Classics has been restored
inside and out but still retains the metal body.
Engine & Drivetrain
The engine in ours we are told is the original Inline 4.2 L DOHC
INLINE 6 still under the hood and looks just as it did and still is
factory stock. It is backed by a 5-speed manual transmission and of
course has 4WD for your off-roading needs.
It still has the factory stock exhaust manifolds, air conditioning,
open air cleaner assembly, intake and carb, and looks like all
other factory parts like the power steering and brakes, hoses, and
belts.
The longer wheelbase enhances the Scrambler's stability over
off-road rough stuff and helps it handle a bit more predictably and
our Scrambler is equipped with transfer case and hubs.
Interior
The interior looks fresh with its black high-back bucket seats,
console, matching black door panels, black dash with all the
factory gauges, switches, and controls, chrome floor shifter, black
steering wheel, air conditioning, aftermarket stereo radio, black
carpet and floor mats.
This Jeep had a complete every-nut-and-bolt restoration on the
interior and it has some great polished and chrome parts like the
shifter, steering wheel center, and the grab handle too.
Exterior
Our lifted Scrambler has a laser straight black painted body with
the Scrambler graphics, five-foot bed, black factory roll bar,
Black step bars, rear spare tire mount with full size spare tire
and wheel, fiberglass fender flares on all corners, and rides on
Alloy wheels with BF Goodrich All Terrain black sidewall tires.
It has tube front and rear bumpers with a Warn Winch and a roller
fairlead on the front, chrome mirrors, and the hardtop also.
Conclusion
This 1984 Jeep Scrambler we have here at Adventure Classics is
ready to roll to the beach, off road, local car shows, or use it as
your daily driver.
These Scramblers are a lot rarer than a CJ7, and like them, they
are going up in value and always will.
