1967 Ford Fairlane 500 GTA Two Door Hardtop with a 390 V-8 Engine
DGC9770. Vin. 7K42S119770 This is a two owner car. It was sold new
in California so it has lived there it's whole life till now. I
took it in on trade. The owner told me he had owned it about 10
years. He brought up a big batch of invoices. In 2010 to about
2014, he was restoring it. I have looked through the receipts and
the big one is $17,000 + with the engine rebuild. Big Holly
carburetor. Dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. He rebuilt the
transmission, but I didn't find any receipts for that. I also
didn't find a receipt for the paint. He stripped it to bare metal.
It has beautiful paint. The interior is in excellent condition. We
just got it up on the lift, and we found no rust anywhere. The
underside has not been restored, but it's clean and looks just
fine. This is an original factory air car, and was converted to 134
with a modern vintage air compressor. It has style steel wheels
with a Ford emblem center cap. Power disc brakes on the front with
drums on the rear. Power steering. Dealer installed 6000 RPM tach
on the dash. AM/FM CD in the glove box. We have the Marti report.
It's in the photos. This is not your average car.
