We changed the oil and filter, transmission fluid and filter, rear end grease and additive, and checked and lubed the chassis. We also replaced the 4 brake calipers, 4 sets of brake pads, brake lines, selector seal, idler arm, master cylinder, alternator, and much more.
This Bowling Green Edition Corvette spent its life in Tennessee.
GM produced 40,606 corvettes in 1981 with only a limited number done in the two tone paint scheme. This was the last year for the Saint Louis Assembly Plant and the first year for the Bowling Green Plant.
